As you may have been aware the flooding crisis in Thailand late last year had a significant impact on the supply of hard disk drives to the world market. Many computer manufacturers around the globe were struggling with shortages and were being hit with drastic price increases.

During this time Stealth procured significant inventory of our most popular capacities to protect our customers and to ensure no interruption of production and no increase in prices to any of our base PC products.

As of May 2012 the worldwide shortage of hard drives has eased and prices have stabilized as production capacity has slowly returned to normal levels.
