Today is a very important day for us as it’s our annual ISO 9001:2000 Audit.
The ISO registration process is not a one time event but a long-term commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Although we attained ISO 9001 registration in 2001, we must continue to prove to an independent external auditor that our quality management system is effective and that our process improvement efforts are ongoing.
