If your hardware is determined to be faulty, damaged or
malfunctioning please complete the Returned Materials
Authorization (RMA) form.
ATTENTION: DO NOT TAKE ANY FURTHER
ACTION AFTER SUBMITTING THE FORM.
You will receive a reply from us via e-mail with a return # and
specific instructions for returning your goods.
