Inside Sales, Account Manager, Sales Representative

Stealth.com Inc (Stealth Computer) is a globally recognized
leader in the manufacture of high-performance, ruggedized,
industrial-grade computer systems and peripherals. We are
seeking a highly motivated, energetic and well organized
professional with a strong sense of customer care.
The Inside Technical Sales position is a challenging role
that provides growth opportunities for an ambitious person
with the right qualifications and skill sets.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Prospect, quote and close new and existing
business within an active customer base, which
includes; corporate end users, VARs and OEM
customers.
- Maintain sales opportunities through a CRM
system including setting alarms for follow-up, lead
tracking, quotes, forecast and pipeline development.
- Manage constant inbound/outbound telephone and
email inquiries from customers and prospects.
- Provide technical guidance and consultation by
recommending a hardware-based solution for a wide
range of vertical applications.
- Process sales orders and manage the total order
process from order entry to shipping.
- Successfully achieve monthly and yearly sales
revenue targets.
- About You:
- A minimum of 2-5 years inside technical sales
experience with proven track record of meeting and
exceeding monthly sales quotas.
- Intermediate level (or better) computer skills
with competence in using CRM, MS-Office and email
software in a sales capacity is essential.
- Energetic, self motivated team player with a
strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail
with above average time management and
organizational skills.
- Strong selling and negotiating skills with the
ability to manage and overcome customer objections
in a technical capacity.
- Ability to develop a thorough knowledge of
product lines, key selling features and competitive
advantages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
skills with a with a strong telephone aptitude
maintaining and nurturing positive customer
relationships.
- Qualifications:
- A Technical College Diploma or University Degree
with a strong technical sales background with a
solid knowledge of the latest Computer technologies
- Must be highly conversant in computer technology
which includes, system configuration, motherboards,
power supplies, hard drives, and peripherals
- Attention to detail, strong initiative and above
average organization skills are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
skills fluent in English with a strong telephone
aptitude.
- Compensation:
This position offers a
combination of base salary and commission as well as an
annual bonus based on meeting goals and objections.
